Is a warm, friendly "home from Home" accommodation with all facilities on the ground floor 
allowing for easy wheelchair access. 

We are situated in a quiet, private road 50 yards from the Promenade and Beach, 
the Town Centre is a leisurely stroll away. 

We have safe, accessible off road parking available for up to 3 cars.

2 Double, 1 Twin and 1 Single rooms are available, all are centrally heated and have
hospitality tray, ironing board, towels and complimentary toiletries.
Also available for your leisure is a TV room, Conservatory and outside seating area.

In addition to breakfast which is included in accommodation price, we have a
traditional evening meal or high tea available on request.
Only organic and home made products are used and we cater for special dietary
requirements (please inform of  details when booking)
